  Queenstown House Lakeside is located in an absolute lakefront position on Lake Esplanade, directly opposite St Omer Park. It’s just a 2-minute flat walk to Queenstown’s cafés, restaurants, shops and the Steamer Wharf area.

• How far is the property from Queenstown Airport?

  Queenstown House Lakeside is approximately a 15-minute drive from Queenstown Airport, depending on traffic. Taxis, rideshares and private transfers are all readily available from the terminal into town.

• What time is check-in and check-out?

  Check-in at Queenstown House Lakeside is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. 
  The apartments use remote/electronic key check-in, and you’ll receive detailed access and lockbox instructions before you arrive. This allows for flexible, contactless arrival times if you’re getting in later in the day. 

• Is breakfast included?

  Queenstown House Lakeside apartments are self-contained, with kitchen or kitchenette facilities so you can self-cater during your stay.

  By arrangement, gourmet breakfast baskets can be organised for your arrival, but breakfast is not automatically included in the apartment rate.

• Do you have parking available?

  Parking options have changed over time due to local regulations:

  There is a drop-off/pick-up area at the property for loading and unloading your luggage. 

  Guest parking is limited. Some listings note one small car space per unit, and in other cases parking is arranged at a nearby public car park at a subsidised rate, which must be pre-booked. 

• Do you have laundry facilities?

  Yes. Guests have access to complimentary laundry facilities on site, making it easy to wash and dry clothes during longer stays or ski holidays. 

• What kind of views can I expect?

  Every apartment at Queenstown House Lakeside enjoys uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains, thanks to its absolute lakefront position. Many guests highlight the views as a standout feature of their stay. 

   

• Do you offer Wi-Fi?

  Yes - free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and each apartment also includes a Smart TV, so you can stream your favourite content during your stay.

• What is your smoking policy?

  Queenstown House Lakeside is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartments or in shared areas.
