• Where is Queenstown House Lakeside located?

  Our luxury apartments sit right on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, offering uninterrupted lake and mountain views. We’re just a short 5 minute walk from Queenstown’s town centre, where you’ll find world-class dining, shopping, and adventure activities.

• How far is the property from Queenstown Airport?

  We’re a convenient 15-minute drive from Queenstown Airport. Taxis, rideshares, and private transfers are readily available.

• What types of apartments are available?

  We offer studios and one bedroom luxury apartments, each designed for comfort and style, with expansive living spaces and private balconies overlooking the lake.

• Do the apartments have kitchens?

  Yes, all apartments feature fully equipped kitchens with cookware, and utensils — perfect for self-catering. Nespresso Coffee machines are included with starter pods for each booking.

• Can I request breakfast or grocery delivery?

  Yes, breakfast baskets and grocery pre-stocking can be arranged prior to your arrival. Please contact us in advance to organise by emailing stay@queenstownhouse.co.nz.

• Do you have parking available?

  Yes, complimentary on-site parking is provided. The spaces are small so larger SUV’s, Vans and busses cannot be accommodated. For later vehicles Paid secure parking is available at Man Street Carpark and other locations around Queenstown. Please paid with consideration to other guests. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to your vehicle.

• Do you provide laundry facilities?

  Yes. A complimentary guest laundry is available for guests use. Iron and ironing board in every apartment.

• What kind of views can I expect?

  Every apartment at Queenstown House Lakeside enjoys uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains, thanks to its absolute lakefront position. Many guests highlight the views as a standout feature of their stay. 

   

• Is there a reception desk?

  We offer seamless self-check-in for your convenience. Our guest services team is available 24/7 via phone or message should you need assistance during your stay.

• Is daily housekeeping included?

  For stays of 2 nights or more, a service is provided every other day. Fresh towels and extra amenities are available on request by emailing us at stay@queenstownhouse.co.nz. For longer stays we also provide a full sheet change mid-stay.

• Lock-Boxes & Electronic Keys

  We offer seamless self-check-in for your convenience. You will be contacted prior to arrival with details on how to access the lock box.

• Are there restaurants on-site?

  Our apartments are self-contained, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of dining in. However, we’re just minutes from Queenstown’s incredible restaurants and cafés. • Can I access the lake from the property?

  Yes — we’re located directly across from the lakefront walking trail, with easy access for strolls, picnics, or paddle adventures.

• What are your check-in and check-out times?

  Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

• What is your smoking policy?

  Queenstown House Lakeside is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartments or in shared areas. 

• What attractions are nearby?

  We’re within easy reach of the Skyline Gondola, Queenstown Gardens, Lake Wakatipu walking tracks, and the vibrant town centre. Jet boating, bungee jumping, wineries, and scenic tours are all just minutes away.

• Is Wi-Fi included?

  Absolutely. High-speed Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout your stay.
