Acquired at the end of 2019 and fully refurbished to a high standard during 2020/21 we are proud to be able to offer our guests a collection of luxury apartments. Furnished with all the modern conveniences you would expect of an apartment, including the usual Queenstown House luxuries that our guests have come to expect from us. Situated opposite St Omer Park with absolute lake front and mountain views.

Queenstown House Lakeside is located at No. 6 Lake Esplanade, Queenstown. Located just 2 minutes' walk from the centre of bustling Queenstown.

Meet the team!

The Queenstown House team comes from all around the world with a wealth of hospitality and life experience.

Samantha Johnson and Paul Mabee our General Managers between them have travelled the world and managed boutique resorts, private islands, small cruise ships and ski chalets in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. They enjoy everything that Queenstown has to offer from the amazing hikes and walks, cycling, skiing and the world class food and wine offerings.

Marianne Whorskey – Marianne has over 20 years’ experience in Queenstown and there is not much she does not know about Queenstown. She looks after all things reservations and can help you create your ideal trip to Queenstown with extensive locals’ knowledge of everything (and then some) that you can do, see, eat and drink.

We have a dedicated housekeeping team who will be looking after you during your stay.

Brilliant location - Easy parking
Easy to Find, perfect walking distance to activities and restaurants. Lovely apartments. Off-street simple parking (on flat land!) - a big bonus in Queenstown - no icy underground carpark entry’s.

A great spot!
The apartment we stayed in was fantastic. A spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area, a well equipped kitchen and a great heater. The bedroom was also large with quality linen and a super comfortable bed. The whole place was spotlessly clean. A really easy flat walk to town - just great all round!
